Tree house Asshats

How cool is this?  I've always wanted to have a tree house.  This one was the center of a neighbor's squabble in New York when a single mom had it built for her kids on her historically significant brownstone's property.

The neighbors lost.  The tree house was grandfathered into the protection of the brownstone.
